Getting registered or purchasing templates from CustomWeb2 indicates that you have pored over the content, understood and agreed to act in accordance with the declared terms and conditions in its entirety. It is our freedom of choice to edit, modify or remove any component of our website, as well as to change the 'Terms and Conditions', without any prior notice, and you exhibit your consent by persisting with the usage of our site as well as to be bound by modifications made thereafter.
1. Membership
The CW2 Club Membership provides the right to put the CustomWeb2 templates to use on as many of the sites, as you can make use of templates on your own site or can use the templates on your clients’ site too. To get registered as a CW2 Club Member, you will have to make an initial payment of $99 as one-time fee and will have to pay of $20 on a monthly basis to remain as an active member of the club. In case you decide to cancel the membership, access will be denied to download our themes further to the cancellation. To make an entry into the club again, you will have to begin afresh by paying the one-time entry fee again. You can continue using the chosen templates even after the expiry of your membership.
1.1 CW2 Club Membership
Initial payment - $99 (one-time)
Recurring payment - $20 (every 30 days)
You get access to all the templates in CustomWeb2, concurrent licensed domains and boundless domain copyrights removal. If you happen to be a developer, web designer, or a company, seeking to use CustomWeb2 templates for your clientele, then the 'CW2 Club Membership' is the idyllic option. Any template can be used for as many clients as you want and for as many sites that you wish to.
1.2 Single Domain License
This is for those who want to buy just a single template, but who do not want to become club members. Upon purchase of a single template, the thread will be enabled to that particular forum alone. Copyrights can be removed from the templates on payment of $25 for each template.
* One-year updates are made available to the purchased template.
2. Delivery
After we receive your payment, information regarding your CustomWeb2 Club Membership will be emailed to the given mail id within 24 hours. In case you don’t get intimated within this time period, contact us by means of our website.
3. Products-Limited Usage
The CustomWeb2 membership allows the right to download the available CustomWeb2 templates during the membership period. Access to the download area gets restricted at the expiry of your membership. To possess continued access pertaining to that of the download area, the membership will have to be renewed.
4. Membership Renewal
To possess uninterrupted access to the support, download area and forum, you must renew your membership by paying $20 for every thirty days.
5. Unauthorized Use
You are not to place any of the CustomWeb2 templates (modified and unmodified) on a website, CD, floppy, diskette or any such mediums, and provide them for release or redistribution in any way, without receiving prior written permission. You are also not entitled to assign, sub-license, or even transfer the membership belonging to you, with respect to that of CustomWeb2 Template, to others. You may also not copy the text, designs and photographs.
6. Ownership
You don’t hold the rights to lay a claim on the exclusive ownership or intellectual ownership pertaining to the products of CustomWeb2. The provided products are ‘as is’ and is devoid of warranty of any sort, either implied or expressed. At all circumstances CustomWeb2 will not be held liable for the damages which include, but don’t get limited to, indirect, direct, incidental, special or even consequential damages or for other damages that arise out of the usage of or the inability to put our products to use.
You are also provided with the copyrights removal. You are permitted to remove the copyright only from the footer of the templates. But, do not change the copyright information present at the template xml file’s header.
The CW2 Club Membership allows unlimited domain copyrights removal.
7. Updates
The templates always get designed to suit the latest CMS version, and we provide no guarantee as to the compatibility of the templates with that of the future CMS versions. Members can use the support area, forum to address any and all the issues that pertain to the CMS versions.
8. Refund Policy
Non-tangible goods are offered at CustomWeb2. Hence, It is your responsibility to understand about this policy while purchasing a membership from us.
If you are unable to initiate the working of the template as soon as the purchasing is complete, you are requested to report the same to CustomWeb2 with immediate effect and without delay, and in case, if the solution to the working of the template is not provided by CustomWeb2, the user can lay a request for a refund within 24-48 hours from the time of purchase.
The claims for the refund will not be entertained if the request for the refund is made after 48 hours from the time of purchase.
9. Warranty and Support
CustomWeb2 ( Netaxis IT Solutions Private Ltd ) does not proffer any guarantee or warranty in any manner with respect to these products. We don’t guarantee the compatibility with the third party components, extensions, modules, plugins or even other products. The Browser compatibility will have to be tested against the demonstration templates, and on that of the demo server. Also, make sure that the browsers that you put to use works with the themes, as we don’t proffer guarantee towards the customweb2.com themes working with many browser combinations.
Only paid club members are provided with the access to the support area and support forums, but, we hold the rights to evince response and to answer questions.
